Restitutive therapies encompass the variety of techniques used to produce altered states of consciousness (ASC) in patients for therapeutic purposes. While these ASCs can be evoked by a variety of means, this chapter will be limited solely to those techniques utilizing pharmacological agents. (32 pp.)
