Jung divides the concept of the unconscious in two parts, the personal unconscious and the collective unconscious. This essay covers concepts of the objective psyche, complexes and archetypes, the psychoid pole, anima and animus, and psychological types. Jungian therapy presupposes the inclusion of the relevant techniques used in Freud’s psychoanalysis or Adler’s individual psychology. (30 pp)
