This is one of the most horrifying historic texts I’ve come across – a blind endorsement of insulin shock therapy, in light of our contemporary understanding of how insulin straightforwardly deprives the brain of its fuel, causing irreparable damage. Valuable to have this freely available as documentation of psychiatric abuse.
